For Employers and HR Managers

LifeServices works closely with client companies to develop an ongoing behavioral coaching program for supervisors, managers, and other designated key staff.  We place an emphasis upon professional development and skill acquisition.  Our workshops have proven to be exciting, memorable and most importantly, make an immediate difference in on-the-job performance. Our highly experienced team will deliver training on more than 30 topics.  We work one-on-one with managers and high potential employees, as well as in small groups, to ensure their success and thus, the company's success. Violence Prevention
To help minimize the potential for violence in the workplace our professional trainers will work with managers and supervisors to recognize and identify problem behaviors, warning signs, and provide intervention and diffusion techniques.

Diversity in the Workplace
Companies need to recognize that diversity is an asset in all organizations.  To use this as a strength, our trainers will work with management and employees to increase awareness that diversity expands to include many groups, including age, gender, sexual orientation, and disability.

Conflict Resolution
Compromises are necessary to work.  Our trainers will work with supervisors and employees to help them identify and resolve conflict and its effect in the workplace.  They teach skill building techniques for the employee population and supervisory teams.

Dealing With Change
Our professional staff works with employees and managers to help them recognize that change comes in many forms as does the stress that goes with it.  We will help them identify positive change agents to help reduce stressors that accompany change including downsizing, new leadership roles, etc.

Harassment Awareness Training
Supervisors and employees need to have a clear understanding of the impact of discrimination and sexual harassment at work.  Our trainers provide valuable information regarding relevant federal guidelines and the importance of reporting per organizational policy.
